Hello, my creative critters, and welcome back!

As the day draws closer to the highly anticipated release of my book, Ethereal Intervention - Book One: Fall From Heaven, I am overwhelmed with joy and excitement! It’s a feeling that’s almost surreal, like standing on the edge of a great adventure, eager to take that leap into a world of magic, mystery, and endless possibilities. Every moment of this journey has been filled with passion, perseverance, and a whole lot of dreaming, and I want to take a moment to thank everyone who has helped me along the way.

First and foremost, I am eternally grateful to the incredible people who believed in my vision from the start. My dedicated Alpha and Beta Readers, who provided invaluable feedback and encouragement, have been absolute heroes in shaping this story. My meticulous editor, whose sharp eye and thoughtful suggestions kept the story tight and engaging, deserves a special shout-out. And, of course, my supportive family—your unwavering belief in me and your endless patience have kept me going through every late night and rewrite. Without your encouragement, patience, and guidance, this book wouldn’t be where it is today, and I am forever grateful.

Today, I want to recognize someone truly exceptional—my Cover Artist, Elsie Noelle. From the very beginning, Elsie has been more than just an artist; she’s been my creative partner, someone who believed in my story just as much as I did. She’s endured my indecisiveness and relentless feedback, all with patience and a good sense of humor.

And let me tell you, the artwork she’s created for Fall From Heaven is absolutely stunning. I'm eager to reveal it to you next month! Her work has truly brought my vision to life in ways I never thought possible, and I feel incredibly lucky to have her on this journey.

Now, I’d love to share a little behind-the-scenes story about Elsie and her artistic journey. She has been passionate about drawing for years, but everything changed in July 2016 when she transitioned from traditional art to digital with her first tablet. That was a turning point, sparking her growth and experimentation. Since then, her art has blossomed into a diverse portfolio. She’s created heartfelt birthday gifts, sentimental anniversary illustrations, and a heartfelt tribute to Technoblade.

Elsie’s portfolio is incredibly versatile. She’s produced stunning fan art inspired by Death Note, capturing the dark, mysterious themes with incredible detail and mood. Showcased her talent with colorful, whimsical pieces based on Undertale, bringing quirky, lovable characters to life with her signature style. Her My Little Pony art is vibrant, lively, and full of charm—perfectly capturing the magic, friendship, and joy that the series embodies.

But what I love most about Elsie is her talent for designing her own Original Characters. Whether it’s a brave warrior, a mischievous traveler, or a bubbly demon, her characters are detailed, expressive, and brimming with personality. Through her skillful use of color, line, and emotion, she brings each character to life. Watching her grow as an artist has been nothing short of inspiring, and I feel so honored to have started my career with her beautiful work.

"Working with E.L. Dawn has been a lot of fun. She praises me for my patience, but hers is unto a league of its own. She's been so completely understanding when personal life events have gotten in the way, and to my slower process in general, that I've never felt any sort of rush to put together any progress updates, nor has she pushed for anything I've been uncomfortable with. She's very precise in her vision for the artwork, and although it presented some unique challenges and required me to step outside of my comfort zone, I'm incredibly grateful for the experience, and her trust in me is genuinely heartwarming."
